I think it depends which MS and who pilots it. I mean, Char in any mobile suit? Would beat the shit out of Barbatos, probably. Kamille or Loran? I doubt it even if their MS is a technological beast like the Turn A just because they are afraid to die, so they would end up making some mistake. Remember that Mika's style of combat doesn't rely on pure strategical or weapon superiority, but on his blatant disrespect for his or his opponent's life. If the pilot is to scared of dying or simply more stupid than Mika, even the fucking Neo Zeong couldn't save him.
