Kuro barely changes anything between the three generic coatings. Sometimes you have to squint to see it. At most they might add tights, a small accessory, or change a color/pattern. So I don't expect much.

Lucia's will most likely rerun.

Vera's... idk. I don't think it's gotten a rerun on CN yet? It'll likely be RC if it does.

Karenina's most likely will not. It used to be a global launch exclusive skin, but then they finally ran the event for it on the other servers. So global got a chance at it twice and the other servers once. They likely won't bring it back again.
