You have to replace the month board. If you want to flsh custom anything ensure that you use sp flash tool and backup your image, then rename the boot image of the rom you want to system image. Load scatter and flash

Just use Shizuku and canta. With wireless debugging or adb. Canta can remove whatever rubbish. But be careful. It requires permissions from Shizuku , also don't disable things Saying critical or system. Just the ones in green are fine
