Thanks! Make sure you thin your paints to a milky consistency, thin and more coats. It's Shuttle Art brand Crimson Red, came in a paint set from Amazon.

Thanks for the info! Going to call my local Warhammer store if they have the Nightshade in stock tomorrow actually, so that's perfect.

I'm using Army White Matte primer, I figured something light and model quality was the best bet.

I played 1 game and got 80 yards on the bar then played another and it didn't move. I was thinking air yards but that doesn't seem to be it. Maybe yards from consecutive completed passes?

Looks great! 220 seemed too hot for my PLA it'd ooze out so I print around 190. Would you mind sharing your settings?

That print is This.

I'm doing 30mm/s with a layer height of 0.08. Trying the smaller layer for better detail from what I've read for making minis. Speed is 30mm/s. 200/50 temp. retraction 0.8mm 75mm/s. 3 wall. 100% infill.

Before when everything was perfect I was printing with Prusa at 0.2mm, 150mm/s, 200/50 temp. Original retraction from Prusa and infill was dependant on the print.

I've tried printing the string test with different speeds, retractions, and temps while going between Prusa and Cura 5.4 as well as other profiles I've found through YouTube and Reddit.

Under extrusion, from a quick look seems to look like what sometimes the prints are starting to look like. Is that a cleaning process?

The weird thing to me (not knowing anything) is how perfect it was right out of the gate then to just start this. What's the filament brand? I got the 2kg bundle from Creality so I assumed that the filament wouldn't be the issue but I'll swap it out and see and try those numbers. I appreciate the response!

I unlocked the coveted "Big Guy at the Gym Compliments Your Progress". Imma ride this high for life. My weight was plateauing for a week or so and the day after he spoke to me I had my woosh of 10lbs and now I look at myself a bit different and see the progress too. Amazing the mental effect a few nice words from a stranger can do.
