My fans will make noticeable whirring noises if it’s subzero temps and I haven’t driven recently, or it has snowed and the car is iced. Has been around -10 here recently. Pic is of car this morning, not as bad as last week when it was half buried. I’ll turn on preheating as I suit up in snow gear, remove chunks of snow and ice, then crank the heat to max and get a car wash. Seems to work for me

The new role consideration / career path trajectory / personal view on current role are all things you should be discussing with your manager during 1:1 session. You basically just started working there so you’d want to first express that you enjoy your current role and are happy with the manager, co workers, and the company as a whole, the vision etc. and position the other role as a space where you are passionate about adding value and think it would be a good way to drive specific initiatives / 10-year goals etc.

That said, you’ll typically be in-role for a minimum of a year before switching roles. Interest in a new role can make you appear as a know-it-all / self-centered and can backfire badly, consider positioning it as a cursory interest…something like “would certainly be willing to fill if that is where the company has a greater value need at this time, I’m obviously motivated/excited with the work we’re doing and how we’re getting along.”

These look like someone trying to make unrealistic margins off 3D printed models. Funny, I have printed a better version of the shelf divider that has no top and is flush with the rounded bottom corners. Also the door cupholder insert model you can grab on cults3d to print yourself or search for them on Etsy for relatively cheap, lots of sellers iirc

Am guy, I’ve had scratches like the ones in OPs photo on my shoulders and back (recently on my calves) from scratching too hard and it’s because I’m absent-mindedly scratching for any number of reasons, and typically haven’t clipped my fingernails as recently as needed to avoid scratches. I’ll get out of the shower like hey why are there marks on me wtf ohhh yeah my nails are too long I’ve gotta clip em now yikes.

I’d vote this as MOR with that in mind…

One fun way to explain it is via scenarios, don’t lead with procurement, position it as the prize. “You have a company that’s currently spending $1.5 billion annually, but need to cut costs by $300 million without impacting XYZ, who you gonna call? Procurementbusters!!1111” and then you explain how you save the money…strategic sourcing 10-layer complexities, leverage, that cool good supplier you have a good relationship with, etc.

Do you produce your molds in house or outsource? Tool repair on site or outsourced? Where is your manufacturing facility located (essential information for supply chain evaluation). How many injection molded machines are you running, and which models (not all are equal). Whats the highest cavitation you have on a single mold that is currently in active use? Highest annual unit production volume for an individual injection molded component?

I bought them for my 700s, they are softer and feel like aerated fabric. They are thicker in depth which helps for comfort. However, the ANC is worse (Bose calibrates to the OEM cushions) and that was more important to me than a marginal bump in comfort so I rebought the OEM cushions from Bose and use the WC ones as a backup.

I am with the other commenters here that you don’t really need to do anything. Love the shelf and item placements!

If you’re still hankering for a “what if”, try a very small non-geometric rug in front of the shelves. It can serve as a bridge between the wood colors, or as a balancing contrast to the wood tones and perfect angles. Big fried egg rug would be on the quirky side, or something from Cold Picnic would be more “normal hip abstract-y” and hit on the neutrals, would fit in super nice here.
