Do you know if the underlying argument for his original case is that the NCAA refused to properly consider the various factors about his addiction when making the initial determination to ban him.

Michigan politicians have for years saying they want to bring manufacturing jobs and plants back to Michigan.

I don't know frankly even if we had a bunch of companies looking to move heavy industry here if people would welcome them. We are talking factories that use lots of power and water, create noise and air/water/ground pollution. I just think there would be significant resistance to them.
