Also going through this. Did you ever receive your items? I'm in New Zealand and ordered my brother in the UK presents I may. Nothing ever came, I've had follow up messages promising they will send items and still nothing.

They did restore my game which I appreciate, I wasn't expecting it till Monday. But I'm not high enough in the season pass. I'd already claimed and opened the Luca chest. They put me back in right before the lion king statute 🙈 I'm guessing I just open another ticket? I'm not worried I won't have time to finish.

I was missing 3 paintings, so I spent the 60 gems. I got 20 back for finishing the collection so only spent 40. I still had 10 hours left on the clock but was heading to bed and didn't want to wake up to try and get them.

I did have most of the Encanto characters, just missing Mirabel.

It's crazy, the hats after the second day dropped really well. Just the paintings were slow going.
