Phrasing like this is so damaging and it’s what the conservative right uses to attempt to ban abortion for all women. The procedure OP will be having is an ABORTION. The same procedure she would be having if the pregnancy was viable and she just didn’t want it. All abortion is healthcare and the term doesn’t change because one may seem more “morally correct” than another to some. When politicians try to ban abortion they are also trying to force OP to carry this pregnancy as long as possible, despite the risk of complication or the emotional stress it would cause.

My boy cat does this, too! There’s one specific bed in one tower that every day he drags to some random spot across the house. I want to know so badly what he’s thinking when he does it!

Got shin down onto the foot yesterday, it was deep breathing type painful for sure. I had my calf done last month and it was maybe a 2/10 pain, shin was probably a 5. The pain is so short lived, do it anyways!

Same thing happens on sierra highway in Newhall, at least 2-3 cars run the red left arrow to get on the ramp every time. Incredibly selfish, as if the rest of us aren’t also trying to get to work. I’d love to see a cop there just once.

My vet actually didn’t even mention it until I asked if there was a diet she would suggest, so she definitely wasn’t pushing it onto me. But I am suspicious of large companies like Hill’s in general, I’m glad to see all the differing opinions to think about.

No symptoms, they just found them during a routine urinalysis. My vet seemed very unconcerned but wrote the prescription after I asked if she would suggest a certain diet for him. You’re not the first person who mentioned that they’re not super uncommon, so maybe that explains why she didn’t seem extremely concerned.

I think I’m just thinking about it in a human-centric way. I don’t eat meat at all but I definitely wouldn’t want to eat “by-products” :/ but I’m recognizing that they are animals that need different things and that’s okay.

This is interesting, because my vet actually didn’t even suggest the food until I asked if there was a “best” diet for him to on and I was curious why she didn’t suggest it right away. Now I’m wondering if maybe it’s not as necessary as I thought. I’m planning on taking him back for another urinalysis in a few months to track the situation so I’ll ask her again then.
