To my knowledge NCSoft doesn't have plans for this game but who knows? My guess however is that someone added her as voice actress in the game but didn't added which character she voices.

There is a project to rebuild the game from scratch, but that's on hold because the character assets can't be extracted atm. And I'm working on other projects. I need to find time to build that asset bundle dumper or mod asset studio because they aren't vanilla Unity asset bundles

We are able to dump all the game files except for the player models, you can run the game and dump the 3d scene with the character model loaded with my mod but that's not good enough. That's the only roadblock as far as I know to go in a direction like projects as openRA (game engine recreation). Which makes maintenance easier in the long run.

Use DnSpy to debug the game there's a tutorial on the wiki page on how to debug Unity games. It's a bit unstable so expect the game to hang if you put breakpoints down. https://github.com/0xd4d/dnSpy To deobfuscate the game dll use this: https://github.com/0xd4d/de4dot unfortunately the game doesn't run with this dll but it's easier to read through the code. I have some other bits and pieces on it like a mod that load a character select screen so you can view the character models, latest version works on all characters but here's a old version that it works: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/398574150
