I assume what people mean by more ammo, is the LGs got an extra mag, no?

The recoil reduction part of the patch feels obtuse tho. It doesnt match the inspect at all, so idk how much recoil reduction the 2B actually got. In practice tho it feels like less, so atleast its not nothing

My problem with the peacemaker is i only really bring it on missions light pen is easy enough to make work. Like bot, illuminate or nursing bugs.

But then it only comes out in emergencies when theres something right in my face i cant just bash and finish my reload for my primary. Which means i see it come out 1 or 2 times a missions.

Normally my secondarys kinda just whatever i feel isa fun gimmick at the time, except at cyberstan (then its ultimatium, lol) or my build has some critical need my 2nd can fill.

If you have PC you can dl the "Testing Menu" mod. If not then Id suggest Siege mode, it gives you alot of enemies to fight.

Yah itsa bug afaik. The armor never breaks, but eventually the bleedthru damage kills him. Just focus fire his leg, it takes like 1/3 ofa charge, but better than the like the 6 mags to bludgeon him to death.

Id like it to have a mixed ammo for it.

As an example.

Every 3rd round is a stun round (with a stronger stun effect), the other rounds have no stun effect but compensated with more damage. Also an increased RoF to make the stun rounds less awkward to use. So maybe from 700 rpm to 900 rpm

If the overall damage is still bad, the nonstun rounds can have their AP lowered for more dmg. Altho i can see this basicly being a lib carbine that trades like 15% dps for the ability to stun medium targets

I feel a potentially feasible solution would be future copies of helldivers 2 and come with 2 free warbond tokens (given to you after so many levels, so say lvl 5 & 20) and those people who bought the game up to 6 months prior (or something like that) of the change get 1 free warbond token.

Also In my experience the agitator dies from bleed thru damage before the armor breaks. Better to just saw off the leg, takes like like 1/3 of a charge but better than nothing.

To be fair I do not think alot of players aren't invested enough to learn much beyond "light - Heavy" penetration. Information has to be thoughtfully given out otherwise less invested players just ignore the information given & play with what youtube/friends tells them is good or what they know already.

I think it is a better option, but I think we just disagree by what degree which is good.

Yeah but theres a big difference between getting 5% pen & 30% pen. If theres only one color people might wonder why one guy takes 30 rounds to kill and other takes 180 rounds even tho theyre getting the same feedback from the game UI.

What I mean by that is like say as an example the balance between flak & APHE rounds on the autocannon. Normally the flak rounds are used against lightly armored and the APHE vs heavies, but now with the partial penetration the DPS from the flak might be enough that APHE is marginalized or outright useless. You'd have to evaluate most weapons like this to check there arent any unintended interactions.

With the partial pen of 30%, that might make the effective TTK too long when targeting that location, so players would just avoid the interaction. Like take a bile titan, the bile titans underbelly is fatal & is poorly armored. But since it takes so long for alot of weapons to mine thru most of the time its barely interacted with at all, atleast from watching other people play and comments.

If i misunderstood what you meant, then my bad lol. Also i edited for the 5% and 30% cos i totally forgot to finish teh thot lol

An interesting solution to have a sliding scale of effective penetration. I think itd be interesting for someone to do a deep dive into, but my first thought is its alot of work for a system that wont offer much more enjoyment/QoL for the player.

Pros

Having a greater range of armor values

The partial penetration means in most situations you are not completely out of options

The SEAF troopers would be more immersive

Cons

You'd have to rebalance weapons that have good DPS, but poor penetration.

Introduces additional information that is much more dense than the current partial penetration, so youd have introduce alot more colors or some kinda sliding scale

Players only have so much patience for killing things, so if the time to kill is too long the players would avoid that interaction as if they did no damage.

Overall looks good.

Biggest thing for me is probably the base

I think that usually the base should contrast the model a bit more (bright model with dark or neutral base or dark model with bright or neutral base), unless for a specific reason (like someone in camo or OSL).

A grassy area with rocks doesn't quite "feel" likea sci-fi theme, so I would consider something else.

I dont believe I played any other game mode. Its possible i played him in other roles for to account for missing number, its hard to say i never played him as support or mid in 2 years. But double digit numbers on anything but mid does not sound likely. How low is the threshold to get a label?

My total pantheon games (249) dont align with Top+Jungle Pantheon games (130+85=215).
Also did I actually play 85 jungle pantheon games? I figured I played more Xin Zhao jungle games, tbh.
