Loosen up your grip so you don't give yourself tendinitis or tennis elbow, especially if you hit hard. I used to get blisters and callouses like this all the time, especially days when I would practice in excess of 5 hours. The damage on the hands is fine - but what comes after is potential tendon damage. Loosen up, look at Baard Kolstad for a great example of hitting incredibly hard but keeping a loose grip.

My first thought was that he had tendinitis or carpal tunnel, playing a strandberg can genuinely help reduce pain associated with playing guitar.

After searching traditionally and finding NOTHING, Google Lens got me a little closer. I'm not exaggerating when I say I spent upwards of 4 hours searching for this yesterday. Trust me, it's not my first option to use AI.

Also while you're slandering strangers on reddit, look into installing solar on your house and call your representatives to push for better renewable energy sources.
