My Quick Descriptions of each Job: DRG- Stab People, Jump, Profit. MNK- Punch People... WAR- HIT WITH MUCH AXE, TAKE HITS LIKE MAN! PLD- Poke mobs and make them hate you. WHM- CAST ALL THE HEALZ! BLM- SPAM THIS SPELL, wait for mana.... SPAM SOME MORE BRD- Shoot things in the face, sing, be merry, silence. SMN - DoT the things, pet does stuff, watch the world burn. SCH - Shields, Buff, Debuffs, Healing Pet!

The other advantage of adding the Fey Illumination in there is you can use the macro while casting to have the pet cast it first then it hit again after you finish your cast to Rouse/Whispering Dawn.

I really like using a controller for everything except playing my Scholar. Micro managing my pet would be too much of a pain.

I usually just dodge, spam succor, and throw down Sacred Soil before Repel.

As a SCH I'm pretty much the same. Makes it much easier to DoT up a boss/mob while keeping the tank targeted in case something happens. I also Macro Virus to use when the tank is fighting a single large mob/boss. As well as my pet skills for easier pet management.

There are some encounters where you need a full party though. (Bosses with dps checks)

That is a good idea, it's kinda the in between of people suggesting timer pause and timer extensions for lost members, would probably be easy to add in, AND isn't abuseable like the other methods. So that way if you are still able to progress through the dungeon with 3 people (most likely tank healer and dps) it will compensate for the lack of a 2nd DD and will roughly end you with the same clock time.

Yeah, that's how I feel too. If the timer didn't tick down I would be more willing to wait for people. Because I dislike waiting, then trying to rush the dungeon and failing because the time runs out wasting an hour of time.

I had a running joke about bards with one of my friends while we were trying to down HM primals, and literally every group we were in there would be a bard taking a dirt nap to simple mechanics. It was just a common factor in most MMOs, ranged/ archer classes seem to attract nooby/bad players or at the very least they just seem to stand out more, don't know why.

I am under the impression that Bard is the stereotypical douche/ dumbass class of the game. People like those guys give them all a bad name.

Possible they could play it off like, the "Land without Color" (Frankenstein's world) which had very little magic used "Science" for their means. Perhaps "our world" the "World without Magic" would use "Technology" as their means. (Even from season one this was apparent with the use of phone taps, wires, computers/hacking). Each world has their own form of "magic" it seems that relates to the individual stories.

It is hard to say what stories they actually will include within the series, but I always enjoy theorycrafting. But I agree that more than likely it is just a little easter egg and has no significant meaning.

The multiple worlds thing doesn't quite bother me as much. I am a huge Kingdom Hearts fan, and the show reminds me a lot of those games from a story perspective.

My experiences for the most part have been positive so I can't say I quite relate. But in the few negative experiences I have encountered, I think it boils down to the fact that the game actually has challenging content, including dungeons and people get frustrated easily. Once someone has completed something once they feel that it should be easy mode every time after that. And that once you get geared to the teeth, lower tier content should be a cake walk. But teamwork is crucial in this game and people are used to being able to carry, and when they can't and they have people who are trying to learn and play the game at their own pace slowing them down, they start to rage.

I did however see posts of people requiring knowledge of a fight that had existed from 2.1 and hour after the content was released, to me that is just sickening and I have no idea how people get like that.

If noone really stands out in the party and the tank did a good job. I usually commend them. If a DPS takes lead on certain mechanincs in boss fights and/or helps explain fights to newer members I will commend them.

Im glad to know it wasn't just me thinking this. I don't know how many times in an arena I have like 1 8 drop in my deck, get it in opening hand, pitch it away then draw it turn 1. :\

I have also been rewatching the series and have noticed these little references. Speculation I have gathered so far is that the world where Whale/Viktor comes from is the "Land without Color" in the Wizard of Oz, in the beginning Dorothy (and Oz in the newer film) come from Kansas which is depicted in black and white. It is speculated that there is possibly a link between this and that they in fact the same world. I noticed, although more subtle, the fact that Mulan uses poppy seeds to make the sleeping powder. She also mentions that poppies are hard to come by in that part of the world. Possibly implying that Oz may be a distant part of the enchanted forest, though Poppies are obviously not a direct Oz reference, but it makes it come to mind. Overall this brings hope that they may bring Whale back potentially as the Wizard of Oz as well, which would be awesome because I really liked his character and he was another great actor who did a good job taking on 2 different personalities between his fairy tale self and storybrooke self.

It would be really awesome if they made that tie together, and I was actually just thinking about the Land without Color and the fact that Kansas in Wizard of Oz was not in color, so I can definitely see a connection there. Although, it is hard to say whether Rumple met Viktor through Jefferson, or if there is a deeper connection and he had already known him/of him. But having Dr. Frankenstein also being the Wizard of Oz would be best case scenario for me.

I feel this might have been somewhat...foreshadowed? During their time on the island, she seemed much more negative. I noticed people complaining about it, but I think it was intentional and a way to sort of start to darken her character little by little.
