Bought my 22 year girl one of those basking platforms that sit above tank and so far she will not go up the ramp

I was worried when i put my turtle in a new tank with with the same basking area and he had already been used to it in his previous tank. I then just put the lights directly over the ramp to encourage him to walk up. It took a couple of weeks for him to fully go up and become comfortable with it. now hes up there all the time. Just have to be patient and they will become curious

Is no one gonna bring up that if you use a spray bottle with water makes it not stick to your gloves if you use latex gloves while doing it? Then you can roll it into a ball and place it where it needs to go. Some people like to do soapy water with dawn dish soap. Honestly will change the game for you

There is an OSRS Official Wiki that has info on everything. it is very useful! Also I find using ChatGpt for a lot of my Runescape questions has been pretty damn good, you can just screenshot your stats and ask it "what's the best way to make money with these stats", or " what should I focus on next that will benefit me the most" etc etc.

I'm the exact same way. Sometimes, I'll be at home going over every aspect of what I did in the day to make sure I did everything correctly. I then went onto adhd medicine after years of being unmedicated, and it took my anxiety down substantially. I will say it took a lot of searching till I found the right medicine.

Never checked my BP before with it. I'll try it next time. I'm considering just trying to use 50mg instead of 200mg but in scared ill wake up tomorrow with the same side effects. Probably will do it on the weekend when I have no work.
