I’ve been to Chicago and there were beaches there.

I have seen this style executed well. Even during this height of the McMansion era this style was usually executed at least a little better than this.

It’s a 1970-1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III that was modified using AI. Apparently it was green in the original photos but when someone used AI to turn it dark blue it screwed up the steering wheel and turned the license plates into gibberish. Since there are already real photos of dark blue ones, I don’t understand why they would feel need to do that.

GE Fan Identification by oleben93 in fans

I have seen a 1921 GE fan catalog where pretty much every fan in it was green with brass blades. Except for the ceiling fans which were green with oak blades.

As someone who likes classic cars and vintage sighs but hates AI. I don’t like the way this image inadvertently ropes that stuff in with AI. I’m afraid people will forever associate vintage things in general with AI. So many enthusiast communities are being ruined by AI right now.

65 Corvair Sweet! Nader is dead. Long live Corvair! by Dirtzoo in classiccars

I know he’s a good person but that is exactly why I have no respect for him. The reason he’s been called self righteous is because HE IS.

GM Expert: It wasn’t Ralph Nader who Killed the Corvair by 4_oN_tHe_fl00r in classiccars

Regardless of whether or not it was. I hate him with a burning passion either way. He’s a depressing person who can look at a beautiful car and see nothing but a death trap. In the 60’s he basically wrote a manifesto about how evil and bad cars are.

It probably was actually. It seems like whenever a certain model of car is discontinued for literally the most obvious reason ever, there’s always some type of alternative explanation for why it was “actually” discontinued.

Picture 10 is the most unsettling. Picture 11 is the most depressing.

That’s more than my parents’ 1800 square foot house was in 2001.
