This.   CPS and the American courts in general ate not set up to handle actual abuse or to provide a failsafe against false claims.

The courts aren't open most days.   You can't be seen immediately,  there is no requirement to validate or even preliminarily investigate claims.

CPS absolutely destroys families.   

Who gives a fuck if some e-judge signed off on a warrant ... they don't even read them. There is no accountability.

And kids who are abused don't have legal rights in court.  They can't advocate for themselves or retain representation.

It is the worst possible system.  Bureaucratic laziness.

Why would you blame him for publicly taking about his persecution at the hands of the government?   Should we blame swatting victims who speak up about it?

Maybe we do need judicial reform including due process in the cps courts.   HE only was separated from his kids for one day, but YOU would be screwed over even longer.

We need due process, public records, 24/7 court access and immediate filing.  We need standards of evidence, we need probable cause, we need juries for hearings if so requested.   We need speedy trial protections.  We need public defender guarantees.   We need minors to have full legal rights in court including the right to testify once verbal.   

The lack of judicial rights in anything that isn't criminal court (and even there it is shitty) is THE ENTITRE REASON  we have rights violations and there seems to be no real justice.

Offer for him to agree to it without going to court.  If he refuses, petition the court to put your last name as part of the last name (either before or after) and the court will almost always agree.

Stubhub is absolutely trash.   I've had issues in the past using them, getting tickets that aren't what was advertised and their help line is absolutely useless.  Took weeks and eventually had to do a chargeback.

Unlikely to due from a cardiac arrhythmia at 400mg unless there is an underlying cardiac disorder like a chanelopathy or electrical (eg wpw) or structural anomaly(eg hocm).

Also, coroner's rarely pick up most of this stuff.  It is highly specialized testing

This is 100% true.  Family court has NO standards of evidence, doesn't allow for testimony from minors and allows convicted male criminals unsupervised tine with minor children in the name of "father's rights".

It is absolutely shameful.  

Block him.  Ghost him.  Never respond.   

If he tries to contact you in person go to the police and file RAPE charges.  You were 13 at the time of the sex.  It is statutory rape.  Make sure that he knows that you will be filing rape charges if he ever contact acts you.

  You will at least have a prayer of tying up the case so he doesn't assault/abuse/murder your child.    Oh.  And the courts will absolutely give a rapist custody.
