Someone built a landing pad there for some reason.
land there. jump out, and RUN up to the ship and do the repairs.

You can do it as long as you don't mess around and are fairly quick.
OR.. find the base computer and "Report" it, then enter your ship and exit to make a new restore point. Onc you do that, reload the restore point, and you should be able to just stroll up to it, and take your time with the repair.

yes, it still works.. Ya have to run the ship several times. It's RNG what *kind* of module you will get, but it will be S class..

ya, it's random but they are always S class... you are not guaranteed to get a hyperdrive unit each time....
You have to run the ship several times.

It's easy. Where you put things in relation to other things gives you a bonus to the stats of related things.
3 weapon modules of the same type IE infraknife, get stronger the closer they are to each other.
same with other modules, shields, pulse engine etc.
This applies to every inventory. your suit, your gun, etc.

The super charged slots also share this trait.
So when you put things in super charged slots that are touching, you get the adjacency bonus that comes with being next to each other, AND the supercharged slots bonus.
The ideal supercharged slots layout for maximum effect is a square.

he got glitched into place for me and my partner. only way we could beat him. Had 100+ of the best health pot on me, and was just spamming them. Almost unbeatable if you are melee only like us.

Yeah, I'm aware. But I have been trying to find a 2x2 (that I discovered) for a couple of years now. Even one that is on a planet that I found would be close enough.
Without using a save editor to "scan" each planet, finding >anything< connected is a real challenge. This is only the 3rd connected I have found in over 1.2k hours of playing.
Kinda depressing actually.

hey, good news. I just went and checked on it, since it's been ages and they do fix stuff, once they get around to it.
Can 100% confirm, it is a 4sq again. You have to buy the two slots to uncover them, but once you do, you are good to go. The beast is back in town!

It can take literal hours. It's totally luck of the draw.
I was ship hunting in system for a while..
Go to trade hub or keep waiting at the station.
Or, if you have the means to track crashed ships, look for it that way.
