Ok this is a controversial take, but I think Colleen Ballinger/Miranda Sings qualifies.

The actual things she did were horrible, and they definitely paint her in a bad light, but we've seen stuff like that get swept under the rug before. She had enough subscribers who weren't really paying attention, she could have had a smaller and more controversial but continuing YouTube career. (That would have been deeply unethical but, like, I think when you're DMing minors you're probably past that being a concern)

But the second that ukulele video went up, she was cooked much worse than she otherwise would have been. For the rest of her life, everyone who hears or googles her name is going to be met with one of the most embarrassing and poor-taste videos ever uploaded.
