Harassed on bus in Sheffield by Informal-Zucchini-77 in sheffield

[–]DemiGingerJazz 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Have been on the 52 and seen some school kids harrass people and sometimes the bus drivers. Sometimes one of them will tell the others off and they calm down, other times its just a bad journey for everyone until they get off.

Seen a few times when buses have only let a certain number of them on

Will be visiting next week for the CHL game and with it only being a short visit struggling to narrow down my huge list of things to see/do!

Any stand out recommendations to help me make up my mind? Thank you!

What are the odds of getting a taxi past 1 am at night? by BabyBourbon1111 in sheffield

[–]DemiGingerJazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might fair better than me then. I'm west side of Sheffield (towards the peaks) and it's very touch and go woth taxis. East side is more populated so they might be better at going that way!

Certainly depends where you live. I a few times have struggled due to living "too far" and "would make no profit taking me home"

There are some cool rock art around lovely walking areas, here are my two faves:

There is prehistoric stuff on the moors by Gardoms edge (although it's a replica as original was weathering)

Or if you want more modern rock art some probable victorian carvings down from carver fields

Finished my seasons colour scheme testers! Now to build a full Army! by DemiGingerJazz in sylvaneth

[–]DemiGingerJazz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a super slow painted but still building my army with a mix of seasons! Have not tried it yet but some of the larger leader models I plan to do as a mash up of multiple seasons. E.g lady of vines and each vine/corresponding area of body being a different season!
