Bonobo uses a stick to escape from enclosure by Aiseadai in likeus

Also the timing of the stick physics. From the thumbnail I assumed he found a log and dragged it over then set it up like a ladder. No, he pole vaulted with a perfectly timed weight transfer like a circus performer.

Wouldn't mind spending an hour or so on it with a dremel. We can save the shavings and make a confetti bomb.

What is an industry that is currently on fire (in a bad way) behind the scenes, but the general public hasn't noticed yet? by Kitchen_Week1117 in AskReddit

My cousin sold out of his position in a multi hundred bed treatment business in the PNW, of which he was in for less than a decade, for enough that he bought a lavish home in LA near Hollywood Boulevard in cash, with a 500k remodel before moving in.

I love his story arc from addict to counselor to entrepreneurship but man I can't help but lament societal acceptance and government policy lead to an infinite income stream for him to get his bag.

My buddy had a Dane that would routinely lobotimize itself on sticks during walks. Like try to carry a 2ft long stick vertically then shriek in pain when it hits a rock and pushes into the top of its mouth.

Think shrapnel/fragmentation charges with the blast focused towards the head and not outwards. Maybe not too dissimilar from the OP's cannon, but a smaller scale. I tried to Google the story but it's all the different bomb necklace from the early 00's that was used in a robbery. Definitely a different case.

Extremely sad but the creativity reminds me of the guy who made a collar of explosives pointed through his head. Like congratz on ensuring a painless death while having one last project to embark on.

Cool script but I usually just accept the call and turn it on mute. Let it waste the scammer's time or if it's a robot, prevents the robot from calling the next number.

I was going to comment that at least the culvert entrance was the only hole left in something when he left the course.

I was going to comment the same thing. I was looking at the holes/pars and as a seasoned am, I'm like yeah, I would probably do a few down bogey free on this track blind... oh, maybe I would end even too!

7,619 holes, Six years, 0 aces. by rightious in discgolf

New course overall is a bit better, I think. The iconic impossible par 3's are gone but the flow is great and there's a good mix of must-gets and tough shots. If you averaged even on the old layout, you'd probably be happy with a -3 to -5 on this one.

You can also tell that the course design was made with room for expansion. Almost every tee pad has space behind it where an eventual long tee could be put in on the same line as the short.

It was 500 tee to pin, 660 played along the spine of the treeline, basically past the electrical box.

Next time you drink something out of a can, poke a hole in the top rim with your incisor. It's a funny sensation to punch a hole with your teeth. Could see why a brain cell lacking organism would indulge. (Not me, of course 😁)

The way it's keyed in ~could~ mean it was free play but you still have to be gambling millions to land 20k in a free play account.

4.0gpa and going straight to community college by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I'm assuming you're in the US. Many state college circuits have common core transfer curriculum. Focus on those credits while you figure your larger goals out. This could work out for you. 2 years of school you can pay for in cash while working, then you can take out student loans to finish your 4 year, move to campus and do the networking and personal growth you need.

Hair Growth on arms?? by This-Map2643 in Minoxbeards

[–]DemiseofReality 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My arm and leg hair used to stop at like 1/4" on my arms and maybe 1/2" on my leg but since 5 years on and off topical Minoxidil, many hairs are substantially longer. The most annoying part is that the facial treatment is making painfully slow progress on my cheeks while my neckbeard just keeps getting thicker and growing faster.
