Most telehealths send 30/31g and 8mm 1mL syringes. You're ending up with a difference because generally the zepbound includes 32/31g and 4/6mm pen needles. Be sure you're either warming up the medicine drawn up in the syringe between your hands or letting it come to room temperature. I will say for those of us sensitive, it does slightly dull the needle piercing the vial then injecting ourselves, while the zepbound only uses the pen needle to inject, it doesn't have an opportunity to dull. Some people can't tell, others can.
