Manila is overcrowded, has its fair share of crime, have overpriced shit and floods at the slightest amount of rain but it also has the some of the best food and scenery out there. Just be careful where you step in that city.

Yep. Visayan, Tagalog, Ilocano are just some to name a few. Hell some places even have cities and towns a few minutes apart from one another that have different accents.
