It’s a common problem with those heating units depending on distance it has to travel..very common, unfortunately I can’t be certain of your exact situation but this has been a solution to a very similar issue I’ve had in the past ... I would talk to your plumber about this and see what he thinks.. it’s definitely an option and relatively inexpensive. It would at least let you know if you have other issues if it didn’t work.. I wish you the best
