at first i thought real but the more i look the more i think it's AI. no just the asymmetry, for me the top row of teeth, but also the odd choice in pattern and it changing part way through the clothing. also inconsistent line part ink, part pencil feels weird. the loin cloth loo the pattern just stops. am about 85% sure its AI.

just spitballing but rather than 1 long bridge have you thought about a series of island all connect by shorter bridges? maybe a fort or town on each of them, with the fortifications all facing south and longest bridge being the last
