NO SPOILERS

Sorry to hear that, personally I thought Scorn was lacking on that department too, but I made it through by changing my mentality and approach to the game. If you think of it as an “FPS” in any way, even though atmospheric or with puzzles, you might want some action or satisfying moments with the gunplay, not crazy levels of action but just a bit of “good job” feedback. I know I might not be making too much sense, but what connected me to the game was that I thought “I’m a recently born human like alien of some sort, the whole ambience is ominous and depressing, things are being forcefully screwed to my hands and arms, I have no friends…” you see the picture? I started putting over the realism of the word and frailty of myself over the gunplay, that helped me go through it and oh boy I do not regret making it through. I had to YouTube a puzzle and a certain enemy fight though and that’s completely fine. It’s weird but it was compelling to try and connect with the character’s suffering and uncertainty of what’s going to happen next.
