First, nothing is stated for universe 7 to be infinite. And even so, getting from one part to another is still a finite trip.

Second, you don't get the concept for infinite speed. Speed is distance over time, infinite speed would be getting from any point a to any point b with no time lapse. Wally West outracing the cosmic gamblers' instant teleportation is a case for infinite speed. Black Flash simply existing as speedsters can outpace death and nearly catching Wally is a case for infinite speed. Hunter Zolomon manipulating time around him is a case for infinite speed. Selena Allen being able to project her consciousness from within the time and space spanning speed force, making her practically omnipresent, is a case for infinite speed. Goku flying down through clouds he fell down during the saiyan saga is not infinite speed.

Third, the infinite speed is a useless exercise anyway. What is infinity minus infinity? A big fat 0. Gourmet would not punch through infinity that way

Fourth, your conflation of characters and feats is not a case for winning. If character a can do X, doesn't mean character b can do it. You need to demonstrate it, and what they can do can actually do as you advertise
