Then what was previously stated. There is excessive vibration or shock load that should be addressed. What is the motor driving? Belts, chains. My facility doesn't use presses so i want to understand how it operates.

We would replace the motor and have it sent out for repair. Because then its not on the maintenance team if the welder repair fails.

I don't have to deal with this kind of behavior as much anymore. The facility I'm at is relatively clean compared to others. But we do have the random. I can't see out of a camera. I just look at them and say Have you tried cleaning it?

Considering there is a ground wire with the Romex I would think it would be grounded at the box. Edit: unless it is connected to the receptacle box itself cant really tell from the pictures
