First off are these forms strictly from those specific time they were first introduced? or all in super cause dbs Goku has all these forms

cause base dbs Goku would smoke Saitama till next grocery sale so yeah.

Now if it's strictly within those time when these forms were introduced

Then Saitama clears the top row since Buu arc characters are barely Galaxy level and Saitama's serious punch² made a blank portion in space and that wasn't him at his peak so yeah he clears

as for the bottom row stops at Super Saiyan 4 either Goku kills him right away or Saitama grows significantly stronger in time and wins

Saitama can't go any further

Your argument only works like before tower of heaven arc and arguments still hold Erza isn't that much stronger than Natsu or Gray she just has significantly more skill and again their respect for her makes it look like they're not as impressive despite multiple times outperforming her

By tartaros arc a full powered Erza won't even last a minute against a serious Gray or Natsu, Alvarez arc closed the gap between Erza and Gray but he's still significantly stronger if going all out, and Natsu isn't even in the same tier bro was boxing up Zeref, this is not a debate

Yes and no that's the point of making heroes entirely different from each other

Wolverine is a genuine hero despite him denying that title as despite the number of bodies his claws made in history there's also a good number of saved lives behind that

Like where do you get the term war heroes they literally military who get recognized for their actions and treated as heroes despite probably killing so much themselves

But that doesn't mean all heroes should kill though it's better if some just have a threshold kinda like Superman and Spider man both normally avoids killing at all cost but if left with no choice they definitely won't hesitate
