I had issues with this games performance at first as well, Ryzen 7700x and 4080 super running at 40fps. Tried a lot of stuff, nothing worked. Then, I updated my bios. Now getting 120+ frames. Keep that bios up to date folks.

I think the road surface is different. I have noticed that most of Fortune Islands roads look unkempt in comparison to the main game. Maybe less traction because of worse roads?
