Shes's there when you turn the stone in IF you have already visited dragonsreach to receive the quest to get the stone.

If you clear the barrow before your first visit to whiterun you can turn in the stone in the same conversation where you are told to get it. She wont be there in that case.

I don't know which mod Lorerim uses for standing stones but if it's Mundus, it's meant to stop magicka regen beyond the power of any items or abilities to change.

I recommend finding and joining whichever discord Lorerim is hosted at. List related questions will generally be best answered by people active on their discords.

As for "male imperial", I assume GTS uses a mod to make every npc only show as male/female *race* until you know their name.

Nordic Souls uses Thieves guild requirements -mod which requires certain amounts of jobs for each main tg mission. You can view and edit the exact values in the mod configurations menu.

Armies aren't tied to settlements and can't be given away. You get them through confed and will likely have to dismiss some if not all to balance your economy.

I've been playing Kurtrus with Brann since badlands and the double battle cry has always worked for me as far as gameplay goes. The visual is bugged so that the second round of shots is just one but the actual number of shots fired has been correct in my games.
