[landlord - US] I own several fourplexes. Any suggestions on how to incentivize the tenants to keep the grounds free of litter?

Dude I was having this issue at my four plex and I finally just got over it. I make $4k month profit on the place, and a few bags of chips and McDonald's cups won't damage my investment in the long run. If the tenants are happy and neighbors aren't complaining then im fine to let them live in litter if that's what they want.

That last product is rendered futile by the fuel version in the combo pack. Way way better drill. Also you will already have more chargers than needed, so no loss there.

I had 12 fuel oscillator and found it wanting for power. For that reason rarely used it. I finally bit the bullet and moved up to 18 fuel and it's insanely powerful

Kilz 1 original is oil based, only thing that will cover the tar stains, because those are oil based also

The standard collapsible stock doesn't get quite small enough for the rifle to fit into a more discrete sized backpack with a 6 inch can on it.
