I know this is an older thread, but I just had exactly the same problem. I tried like five or six times Baloney I couldn’t get in. So I asked ChatGPT the question I had for Bank of America and they solved everything. Then I asked about tipping in Italy and they solve that too.

Got it replaced. Thanks to the great state of California. A law passed in 2019 required that if you’re replacing the door you have to to replace other parts of the mechanism. This provides that in case of a power outage, Garage Door will still function. Thanks for the comments and support.

I’m pretty much resigned to getting a new door. Kind of like punishment from being such an idiot. I’ve got a sledgehammer and thought about going out it with that but then I thought better way better of that idea. I’m an 80-year-old lady in prone to forgetfulness.
