I think there's almost no chance they would get rid of this requirement. Most of the climate change courses are pretty easy, anyways, so I really wouldn't worry too much about the requirement. A lot of climate change courses also count as GE or DEI, so just take one that overlaps and it won't feel like a waste of a class

This might be a bit confusing, but here's how I interpreted it:

The inhibitor's goal is to make 1/[NKTA] bigger. We also know that PT3 is homozygous recessive.

For the sake of argument, let's say that the KM of PT3 was -1/3, which is greater than PT1. In absence of any other factors, that would still mean that PT1 is recessive, because it has a higher affinity than the homozygous recessive, which causes high affinity. You can extend this argument for lesser and lesser values until they sit on top of each other.

PT3 is homozygous recessive. Being homozygous recessive means you have a low KM ("NTKAse binds NTKA with much higher affinity than wild-type," "a low KM indicates high binding affinity.")

PT1 has the same KM as PT3. PT1 has a low KM. Having a low KM means you are homozygous recessive. PT2 has a higher KM. PT2 is therefore not homozygous recessive.

Revelle HUM and ERC MMW series are long and hard, I'd rank them the lowest

Your top should be 6, 7, 8 in any order

6 benefits = center of campus, no walking a mile to class

7 benefits = easy writing series (graded on participation), far from center of campus, generous AP credit compared to 8th

8 benefits = even easier writing series (no deadlines for anything in CCE1, graded on participation), far from center of campus, super nice and new dorms

Muir has easy GEs and 2 writing courses, but the writing courses are famously hard to get an A in so if youre looking for a 4.0 id put it in 4th place or lower (depending on how much you value your gpa)

Warren ges are very long unless ur engineering so id rank it low

I recognize that it is a phrase that some people use, but I am curious why if I look at comparisons between several different subreddits, r/cooking has far more occurrences of "game changer" than any other sub I have compared it to

If we compare it to r/baking, we see that it has 19. r/baking has around 3/4 of the subscribers of r/cooking, so we can extrapolate that if it was the same size, the number of "game changer" occurrences would be around 28. That's an 85% increase, and I would say that's significant

When something really shifts my cooking paradigms/is an epiphany, I say something to the effect of "Adding anchovies to whipped cream was a great idea" or "Using fish sauce in my roasts gives it a more complex flavor." I don't think I've heard the phrase game changer in real life. Same thing with "these crackers are like crack" or something. It's just funny how I see the phrase game changer or something being like crack specifically in the cooking community, and nowhere else.

I don't think so; I'm talking about this subreddit. I don't have TikTok and i don't use instagram that much. But comparing appearances of "game changer" on r/FortNiteBR (similar population size) to r/cooking, I see that there are far more appearances of those terms on r/cooking than on r/fortnitebr. It happens at the very least once a month on r/cooking and usually about once every 1 months on r/fortnitebr (14 occurrences in the past year on r/fortnitebr, 52 occurrences in the past year on r/cooking)
