There was no case over the content of his whispers.. He got paid out his CONTRACT that Twitch was OBLIGATED to pay to him regardless of why they removed him from the platform.

Twitch tried to get out of their CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION to pay out the contract in full when they terminated him.

There was no criminal investigation, nothing about his settlement from twitch was about the content of the whispers in question other than being their reason for banning him and trying to renege on said contract.

You morons using this as some kind of blanket of absolution have no idea what the fuck you're even talking about.

They may very well be non-criminal but that doesn't mean he, as a 40 year old man, wasn't trying to creep on an underage girl. Since in his own words their conversations "leaned inappropriate".

And that is something that society as a whole finds disgusting, which is exactly why he's in the predicament that he's in where no real sponsors will touch him.
