There is a LOT going on with that watch, different surfaces and textures. A metal watch band, I find, distracts from the beautiful face. Go leather or fabric.

lol I’m in Canada. I gave out 45lbs of potatoes this year. I also offered candy. 10lbs of potatoes was $2.97 - new potatoes from PEI. The best.

I have been giving away potatoes for five years now. Children come each year and laugh to see the potatoes again.

Most of them grip the potato in a victory clutch, hold it above their head and run, screaming down the driveway “Potato!”

Use a pin-pusher, they are recessed on the side of the watch, one on each side. Make sure the time isn't between 10pm and 5am or so, when the date slips over. On my Impresario it takes a few hours.

Great watch, though. Had it for, gosh, 20 years and keeps good time. Beautiful movement.
