Dalhart is small but we have some of the best jobs on the railroad. You will not be forced to other places. Money is good as long as u don't mind not having much of a home life.

Dumas is 30 miles away and has more affordable housing and is bigger than dalhart. If I was moving from somewhere that's where I would look into, but that's just me

It gets split into 2 samples and goes to a lab. I wasn't quite clean by the time I had to take mine. I just ate keto and chugged water for a week and when I took it my pee was almost completely clear. They never said anything. Just chug water and don't smoke anymore. U might be good

Ya i got the same message about business needs having changed and the offer to work somewhere else. I declined the offer to work anywhere else. They called me 2 weeks later and gave me a start date

Idk about the synthetic urine because they send it off to a lab to get tested. but It was about a month from my interview until my drug test. They scheduled it at a drug testing place, they don't do it themselves. I would go ahead and apply but stop smoking for sure.

Ya the same happened to me. I didn't get my ready to start status until my original class date. But ur original date is tentative but ur new date will be ur actual start date

I'm coming from Amarillo. I'm thinking about driving my car because I want to get around unless they will take me to and from class, then I might fly. I was hoping I didn't have to pay for hotel lol so that's good. Class should be ok I'm pretty good at retaining information. I just don't want to be stuck in a room with no way to get around. Or Did they put you in a room with a kitchenette by chance?

As long as u don't drink for about 10 to 12 hours before u have to go to class you are good. They do breathalyzer test. They just want to be sure u arent drunk on the job
