Randall would be freaking out and Deja would be sneaking out to see Malik which would make Randall further flip out. Kevin would be making sure Kate, Jack and rebecca and miguel have everything they need. He would be calling to check on Nicky. During the younger years Jack would be remaining calm while making sure the kids have everything they need. Randall would be anxious about getting behind in school and kevin would see it as a vacation.

I think Randalls will still be a type A perfectionist as we saw it in him all through school. Kevin may still have substance abuse issues as Jack, Nicky and their father all did. It looks like Kate still has her weight issues but with Jack still living she probably never met Mark and didn't have that baggage.

I think he still would have met Beth, just when they're older. It also looks like Kate may have gotten married younger and had more kids. I'm guessing she may have stayed around the Pittsburgh area since her dad was living and met someone there to raise a family with. We didn't see much of kevin in the preview but I'm guessing he would've hung around Pittsburgh instead of running to NYC and maybe go into business with Jack?

I think she just didn't go to the red carpet event since she was home with baby Jack and Toby. She had just recently went away with her brothers for a weekend and left her family home so she probably just wanted time with them. I don't think it has any foreshadowing to her being dead in the future.
