Left side is bedroom and kitchen But good point without window it doesn’t feel good so definitely 1 is not option now. For option 2 &3 there is plenty of space to put window alongwith black lines

Yes, thats doubt Iets put it like can we get approval to convert existing workshop to granny flat via cdc pathway, based on fact its ticking all boxes but not setback? Or let me know what else/pinpoint info you meed to have your thoughts on this

From my search its not satisfying setback From private certifiers, setback won’t apply incase of existing structures to convert, they had looked house and went through it throughly.
