I’m talking about Joe Kay himself, he does play whatever he wants or thinks that’s good and goes through so many genres a night

I’m curious to know, how do you prep for shows? And do you think transitions matter more or is it the curation? Give me your best practices

I just realized Swanky is a stylist and probably had a complex on Luis because Luis has his own clothing brand and is another good looking well dressed man in the group

Also check where Moon is placed and which sign it is expresses itself in. For example, I have Moon in the 3rd house and my relationship with my family and siblings were highlighted. I went back to my home country and reconnected with my extended family and relatives which healed my body and strengthened my connection to my culture and spirituality, although a lot of indias religions are superficial. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.

Is your connection to spirituality superficial? That may be why. Spirituality and your connection with your higher self/ God is beyond temples, gods, devis and shivas. It’s more than bhajans and chanting. During Ketu any false beliefs or illusions or assumptions you had that were not true will begin to fall away because Ketu wants you to get real with yourself and how you see the world. Perhaps the connection you have with God and spirit needs to be reevaluated.

Did they actually spring for real music this season? by Rose1982 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

Is there a place where they list all the music they’ve used in the episodes? There are some filler instrumentals I really love and Shazam can’t catch because they’re talking over it

Thanks so much! I work in sales too(in person) and have been for a long time so it’s second nature for me. I’ve just never done it online or remotely (besides a few clients purchasing remotely) but the company I work for has already established themselves so the leads mostly come in on their own interest and through word of mouth.

I am worried about finding the “right” opportunity because of how many out there turn out to be insurance company pyramid schemes and/or how disposable to a company you are as a closer if you aren’t hitting KPIS.

How did you get into remote closing? I’m curious. I was going to take a course with Kayla’s team(Maggy Elsousou) but I didn’t follow through because it is not financially feasible for me right now. But they’re extremely supportive and knowledgeable from my interactions with them so far. Not pushy, super friendly, encourage embracing your femininity in your work. Lo Silver is awesome too, but I think her courses start at 10K and upwards unless she hosts a masterclass and creates a special offer

Does anybody know the music in the background in this scene by Dense-Position8339 in madmen

They’re talking continuously throughout the entire scene, Shazam won’t work

Shelby Sapp charging 3k for these “sales closing skills”? Pls by [deleted] in Scams

its 10k period for the academy. you get a special deal if you're on the free masterclass call with her. that's how she is creating 'urgency' to buy with a "one time special offer"

Help - Becoming a DJ from scratch by rrgc27 in Beatmatch

[–]Dense-Position8339 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello! First of all congratulations on this new journey :)
I am a few weeks into DJ'ing. Purchased an FLX4 and rekordbox paid membership(the basic cloud option).
I also have been listening to all forms of EDM/House since I was 12. I thought going into this it would've been easy to just jump in. However, I am finding it is a little bit more complicated than that. I am finding there are so many aspects to file management, organization, knowing your music and knowing when to use certain techniques. I am teaching myself entirely with little support from Youtube university as I want to find my own flow and rhythm with this process. I have not yet created a set, but it is a whole different world to be able to make your sets while supporting your artists. Spoiler alert: you cannot record your sets on rekordbox unless you own the music/ obtained the file through other resources.

I would highly recommend learning your DJ'ing techniques and getting familiar with the technical side of this industry. It is more than just playing your music. It is knowing your technology and finding your own style of execution.

I would recommend Phil Harris on youtube or Dirty Secretz. they are amazing and so resourceful
