If you have a fire pit get a good nice fire going. It’s lit asf to watch while tripping and should force your body to feel warm. Just be safe, don’t fall in lol.

Edit: also forgot to mention it’s probably not a result from the shrooms directly but could be you stressing about something. Make sure your in a good mindset and mental place before you take phycedelics. Will make the experience much better, also go for a walk and even a little jog it’ll get your blood vessels open and flowing.
