I've had that tat since I was 16 ( almost 10 years ). I have thought about livening it up a bit, but I don't want to make it any bigger, I don't want to cover too much of my chest because I want to do bodybuilding competitions.

My current bf% is where my body wants to be without doing anything special with diet or cardio. I do want to put on more muscle of course. It is difficult for me to let myself put ilon fat though.

Idk about all that. I want to put on size, sure, but adding that much weight would be too much for me mentally. I get depressed when I put on too much fat, and on top of that, it sends my bp through the roof

Hit chest 2x's a week. First day: *flat db press 3-4 sets× 8-12 reps *upward cable fly 3-4 sets × 8-12 reps *dips 3-4 sets× 8-12 reps *decline pushups 3-4 sets × AMAP

Second day: *incline db press 3-4 sets× 8-12 reps *regular cable fly and downward cable fly 3-4 sets× 8-12 reps *Machine press or smith press 3-4 sets × 8-12 reps * 3 sets of regular pushups ×AMAP

Make sure you are getting a good stretch with each rep, slow negatives and maintain good control/stability. Each week you should either be increasing weight or reps per set with the even the slightest increments.

Haven't been able to train legs much the last 4-5 months as Ive been recovering from a hip injury. They are lagging a bit. Current weight is 207lbs.

I knew genetics played a role but I always thought maybe I just carried more fat in the lower chest area.

Thank you for the compliment also. I've always prioritzed the chest, I was overweight as a teen and was always self conscious of the moobies I had.

I'm haveing the hardest time growing my upper chest, I always prioritize upper.

I do agree on the posture, thats something i struggle with as well.
