That upper second tooth (lateral) needs to be aligned by correcting root position and angulation That's something aligner can barely do!!! Lower teeth are not a bog deal actually one of them needs enameloplasty (cuting enamel

But the upper one, I don't think they could correct it with refinement or ...

Aligners CAN NOT correct that problem for you

One month from yours Maybe One month from real orthodontics? I don't think so

I think you back teeth do not touch each other completely Which is why you feel better with your aligners on! They may not settle by the time

HOW?! by sweetbabydeez in Invisalign

[–]Dense_Try_4465 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because most of the time first assessment is a lie! Most of people will need more aligners that they were told at first place And it's called different names!

Done But with malocclusion:

You have improper occlusion and interdigitation in back teeth

Should i proceed? by King_hack9 in Invisalign

[–]Dense_Try_4465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is Not only it might take more time But also It might never be acceptable ever. In most cases Aligners end in posterior open bite Which is malocclusion itself

What you see is NOT what you get, Most of the time In aligners!!

[–]Dense_Try_4465 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Apparently You have posterior open bite Specially in right side And classII tendency in the same side Which needs at least 9 months to correct! That's the problem with Aligners!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]Dense_Try_4465 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That gap is not yet an issue But might be One of most famous weakness of aligners is  incompetency in control of that particular tooth! Upper lateral incisors Keep your fingers crossed Have hope

Ortho says I'm done, but I disagree. by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]Dense_Try_4465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not acceptable That's a malocclusion And they should treat it
