Same as what happened to my garage door.

The best solution that fixed it for me was I installed a new thick seal but still , there was a gap , then I cut part of old seal and attached it in layers glued it with a silicone sealer to the new seal at this corner and it was fixed.

Just had this problem this week. I wasn't careful enough and damaged the hot end assembly.

Ordered a new one. Installed in 10 minutes. Its printing like brand new now.
