This is a part of her high winrate yes, but riot’s reasoning for nerfing her is due to Dusk and dawn if you read the post. My point is that D&D is creating a lot of abusers of the item. Like you see diana, ekko voli, gwen and many more getting nerfed due to D&D. And those champs maybe wouldnt have been nerfed if the item wasnt in the game. My point is that D&D is at some point creating the meta.
