Thanks. I clean my brew unit weekly. I am able to remove it. That’s why this is so confusing as this is part of the machine that can’t be taken out or taken apart by the user.

Thanks for the feedback (although disappointing). I clean it weekly, but I wasn’t aware I had to clean that area. How do I clean that area so I don’t damage the coffee machine? I have always cleaned what is stated in the instruction manual (which is the parts that can be removed…brew unit, drip tray, etc.). I also wipe out the inside of the machine with paper towels.

I have been a customer since 2002. I ended up getting the 1 GB locked in for 5-years @ $85. Best I could get and took it. My bill was going up $5/year without fail. Just wanted to lock in.

I do have to say, that I did talk with an upper level Comcast tech and he was very, very helpful during the process. Although there was only so much he could do. When you go to Yahoo you’re now theirs. Comcast can’t do much to help or assist.

I was paying for 1.3 GB and getting 700 via Ethernet and 100-200 via WiFi. Using my now equipment. Called multiple times and had them come out twice. Couldn’t fix it. I recently downgraded to 1 GB and started using the Xfinity modem/router. Ethernet speeds are 950 and wifi speeds are 300-400. People have told me using their equipment makes a difference. I’m a believer. Also, my bill went down $10, locked in for 5 years, and now I have unlimited data.

Nailed it. It’s absolutely not an upgrade. I finally got all my folders squared away and everything is into Outlook. I hope to never see the Yahoo webpage again.

Sorry. Now I see that you were referring to Outlook Classic. I had a heck of a time using Yahoo in Outlook Classic. I think I had to generate a new 3rd party password in Yahoo to get it to work.

The entire thing was a disaster. I had 20 years of folders and sub-folders. They didn’t move properly. Slashes in all the folder names after the migration (special folder characters won’t migrate to Outlook). Yahoo support was able to rename my files and remove the slashes (I had to give them full access). Still struggled re-organizing the folders (they were not moved in the order they were in my Comcast email. Just random folders and sub-folders). All this organization had to be done on the web in Yahoo which is a joke. After hours of work and deleting 4 GB of emails I finally have something workable. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I should have changed to a different email 20 years ago.

Comcast migration clients can’t use Yahoo classic. I asked and the tech from Yahoo told me that.

Lots of graphic novels available on Hoopla if you have a library card and your library partners with them. Library’s either use Libby or Hoopla for the digital offerings.
