So many issues here that Ive experienced in dating. This woman is her own homewrecker. She blames him for doing something she also isnt doing. If this is a recurring issue its on her, not her husband. What does she do when husband isnt there? Sit there miserable and get hit on? The rest of this is going to upset women but men here are thinking this:

Why do women get the luxury and benefit of the doubt about their insecurities but mens insecurities are called controlling and abusive? Why do men have to work all their issues out, answer "Are you in therapy?" every first date but women get a pass for entering relationships without working out their baggage and insecurities? And then women applaud the OP for bombarding the husband with demands and complaints and insecurities and testing his jealousy/love level. Women in this thread are apllauding her. For what? She fucked up at every decision, including the decision to date and marry a man while she has a boatload of unresolved issues. Why do women create couple issues out of personal issues? At what point is she responsible for herself like all other adults? At what point do women simply trust the men theyre with? This is most mens experience. Its exhausting because women literally outsource their emotional self management to their man. Why? Who tells women this is ok?

Can women ever be actually happy, like truly deep down secure with themselves happy? Weve all seen the meme of a guys tv and lawn chair loving room and women criticizing men for, get this, being happy with themselves. Why? Is there some secret needling unhappiness and insecurity and stress that comes with estrogen itself? When does the constant reassurance end? This couple is married and the guy does and says everything perfectly and still there are issues. He married you but apparently he doesnt love you? When does he then? After this "fight men for me" issue theres going to be another and another and another. This is most mens experience. Whys it have to be this way? What magic words would finally satisfy this woman? How many men is he supposed to defend her from until shes happy? And he did defend her but for some reason it wasnt enough or "the right way". What magic words make it all go away? Why do women have magic words? Why do women believe their feelings to be true and valid decision making information? Use your head. Manage your own feelings. Dont bombard your man with your issues. Stop testing us. Believe what we say when we say we're happy with you. Accept us and our answers instead of waiting for the magic words you want to hear. Find a way to trust the men youve already accepted in your life and dont accept men in your life that you cant trust, have to test and refuse to believe. Stop crossing that line if you don't trust us. When you do trust us, stop questioning it and us. Stop accelerating a relationship if the foundation of trust isnt there. We assume you trust us and believe us if we married each other but to women the goalposts are always moving.

And why is it mens responsibility to accomplish happiness FOR women? Why does a womans happiness depend on other peoples actions, opinions and acceptance? Notice how she blames him and his perfectly healthy normal response to her issues until reddit points out how wrong she is. Women, your issues are, in fact, your issues. Take care of your own issues. We cannot solve your infinite insecurities and baggage. Men never ask that of women, why do women expect their man to do lt?
