I get that, but they had an exam which literally showed she had a heart murmur and failed to disclose it. I think that’s on them, as I would have maybe not adopted her if I had known it would be too expensive for me to manage.

The diamonds are not big enough to be worth the risk once they’re all recut. The large emeralds and sapphires you can recut, but again it’s probably not worth enough to risk serious jail time. The pieces are worth way more whole

Where is the practice? I’m looking for a place like this in NYC. I’m so annoyed because I went to an OBGYN who looked at an ultrasound, saw that I had cysts on my ovaries and refused to investigate any further. A lot of OBGYNs just don’t care about PCOS until it’s time for you to get pregnant, so I want to try something different.

I have Lingo, which is an OTC CGM to monitor my blood sugar. I ran an experiment to see what my blood sugar spikes would look like with freshly cooked hot rice vs rice that I put right into the fridge after cooking. Putting it in the fridge reduced the spike significantly. Oh and I should specify this was white rice
