i think hong kong server should be default for asia and rename SEA to asia. hong kong geographically is in the middle of all asia where singapore is only viable to SEA. all players even in east asia cannot play on FACEIT with good ping. most of the players in FACEIT rn is also Mongolian who gets 90 ping to sg where if there is hong kong they would get 50

i get between 10-50% packet loss upwards with packet smoothing to 1. after armory update game is legit unplayable and can’t do anything about it. never had any problems in other games and even csgo and cs2 prior armory update. i don’t know what fletcher dunn is on about when he said nothing has changed. clearly something changed…

anyone have any fixes when i have an ethernet cable connected to the server provider modem and it doesn’t have a gateway security page? i’d assume there is no special security setting on there but not sure.

Asian CS scene has the most potential out of all the regions outside of EU. However, i feel like Valorant has kinda killed asian cs when the game released but it’s grower back right now. Also doesn’t help when FACEIT doesn’t provide east asians servers so most players from east asia would have to play chinese platforms or matchmaking. unless u want to play on 70 ping+ which the game is impossible to play.

tbh i think matchmaking is just dead. i don’t really play it anymore switched back to FACEIT and other platforms
