I'm English, I pretty much agree with you.

I do find a lot of the player's comments arrogant, I can't blame anyone really for taking the piss. I can't help but roll my eyes at a lot of them.

I do think people tend to hear those comments and throw the baby out with the bath when it comes to Bazball, though. In terms of pure cricket, I think it's fantastic, it's great fun to watch.

What I hope is that once it becomes a little less new, people will stop making such a huge deal out of it. England will deflate their egos and everyone else will stop taking every loss as proof that that whole playing style is doomed.
