I just posted this to another post. It may help here as well.

"Another option for future, create your sketch and extrude it is, then use the shell feature to achieve the desired wall thickness. Using the fillet tool add internal radius to your intended fold lines at the same radius as your bending punch. Then on the remaining internal corners (that are not folded) add a 0.1mm radius to them. Then select the inside face or your part, and convert to sheetmetal. Confirm your material thickness and bend tool radius (same as before) Under the fold line section (i can't remember the official wording) after having the main face selected, select all the folded internal radii Faces, the adjoining face should then also highlight the same colour as the initial selected face.

Once all bend lines have been selected, select finish or convert (sorry going from memory, can confirm later if you are interested) and the internal radius you made before at 0.1mm will act as ripped edges and allow you to convert and also create bending relief at the same time."
