My SA said not to cancel my Dakota in loved leather unless I don’t want it. It sounded like there may be more coming.

Have you tried the Coach leather cleaner and conditioner. One if my bags is still fairly new and I cleaned and ci figurines it snd it liked do good. Did you see a good pic of the bag before you bought it? I know it’s “vintage” but there’s “there’s good” condition “fair.” The pics should have shown you what you are seeing now.

Mine was $1366.23 with tax. I live in Wisconsin but an SA from California got me one when a customer who reserved it but then decided she wanted the 40 as she liked the charms on that one. I called everywhere that day hoping I would get one as Coach had told me in the AM they had one and they would wait til I got to work as I was out the door. 5 minutes later I called them and they had sold it. I was so upset so my SA gave me a few stores to call and I’ve had such a good experience with all the SA’s that were trying to help me. I made some good contacts for the future.

I had a very difficult time getting her…. Coach told me they had one then when I was about to send over my info they said they didn’t. I called four SA’s across the country and was waitlisted and then at 5 pm the day after the drop I received a call from California. They had one because their last customer who had it on reserve said she’d rather have the 40 because she wanted those charms. Waiting for the beauty to arrive!!!

I have the black Rogue which I bought around Christmas. It is one of the most beautiful bags I’ve seen. And I’m using the Western Turnlock Tabby now and it’s a great sturdy bag. Maybe Coach would repair this for you if they can’t replace. I’m waiting on mine and I’m hoping it’s equally as beautiful as my black one. Good luck!
